For a Basic $5 gig

- within 2-12 hours (if your graphic is complex we will have to ask for extra time ) 

Complex designs we will need to charge more than a $5. All graphics are not same. Some graphics are complex and we have to spend much time on it that means we have to charge extra for our time.
