Headline was misleading & seller did not communicate for 8 days when was supposed to be finished in 2 hours. Seller should have communicated in hospital asap to let me know he would be done for an extended period of time. Glad my project was not on a deadline or I would have been out of luck. Once released from hospital he responded fast and had many revisions. Need to let your customers know if you're going to be out so expectations will not suffer.
